South Korean champion Choi Yo-sam lies on the canvas after the 12th round of the WBO intercontinental flyweight title bout against Indonesian challenger Heri Amol in Seoul, Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2007. Choi, who defended his title with a unanimous decision, lost consciousness after ending the final 12th round, in which he was knocked down by Amol but stood up in that round. It was about the Korean boxer who was in coma because of the brain injury that the boxer experience after the WBO intercontinental flyweight bout with the Indonesian Challenger. He was the winner of the match, but still he is like a loser on his self consciousness. It is really sad that the winner instead of celebrating his victorious win, he is facing now a very bad condition being comatose. In his condition according to some write-ups that even if he survives it will be difficult for him to continue his boxing career.
I hope that he would recover and he will get back his good condition, even though he will be part again in a boxing career path. Still he is a pride to his country for having him as a great fighter.
